The MSP Engineering Partner
The Technical Bench your Team
Doesn’t Have to Hire.
Hoyack partners with local IT support companies and MSPs as the expert resource you bring in for the work your team isn’t set up to handle. AI automation, custom software, code audits, and the cleanup that comes after, all deployed behind your client’s firewall.
The problem
Every Company is Rolling Out AI.
Most of Them are Doing it Wrong.
Right now, every business with a pulse is racing to put AI into something. Sales teams are pasting client data into ChatGPT. Ops teams are spinning up SaaS AI tools nobody vetted. Founders are vibe-coding internal apps over a weekend and pushing them to production on Monday.
The IT department is the one watching this happen and getting nervous. Some of these companies already laid off engineers thinking ChatGPT and Cursor would close the gap. The work didn’t get done. The code that did get written has issues. Now they’re calling you to figure out what to do next.
You don’t want to turn this work down. You also don’t want to staff up a software team to handle it.

Half-Finished Projects from Laid-Off Engineers
What we do
Custom Software, AI Agents, and the Cleanup Work Nobody Else Wants.
We’re a small team that builds. We also fix what’s broken: the half-finished AI projects, the unmanaged vibe-coded apps, the integrations that never got finished. We do the technical work. You stay the trusted relationship.
AI Agents & Automation
Practical agents that drive the apps your client already runs. Local files, local execution, no new SaaS sprawl.
Custom Software
Internal tools, integrations, and the workflows that connect the systems your client already pays for.
Code Audits
Honest reviews of what’s actually shipping, before it breaks something the help desk has to clean up.
Mess Cleanup
The half-built apps, abandoned scripts, and AI experiments that need someone who can actually read the code.
About Brandon
He’s Sat on your Side of the Table
Anvil is the Labs product furthest along, the one Valeria calls “in production.” Enter a business name, an industry, and a target audience; the front end posts that payload to the Ultimate Website service, a CrewAI crew runs against it, and a generated demo site comes back rendered inside the Anvil page.

How we’re different
Behind the Firewall. Not Pumped Out to Someone Else’s Cloud.
Most AI vendors sell a SaaS tool. Your client signs up, hands over data, and now there’s another third party with a copy of their customer records sitting somewhere else. We build the opposite.
We deploy agents that run on workstations inside the client’s network. They use local files. They drive the apps the business already runs through browser automation on a logged-in profile, or through OAuth integrations the client already controls. The data doesn’t leave the firewall.

How the partnership works
You Own the Client. We Do the Build.
While Hoyack ships client work, our engineers have packaged some of the patterns we use into reusable helpers and dropped them on GitHub. They’re not what runs Anvil; they’re side artifacts our team made portable so you can take them too. Free, MIT-licensed, no Hoyack login needed.
01
You bring us in when a client needs something outside your team’s wheelhouse.
02
We handle the build, the audit, or the integration.
03
You stay in front of the client. You bill them. You own the relationship.
04
We don’t go around you. Ever.
“We’ve seen what happens when an outside vendor starts rolling complex software directly into an MSP’s book of business. It poisons the trust you spent years building. We’d rather have you as a partner.”

Why this is a good deal for you
One Conversation Puts Something New on Every Quote you Send
Most of your clients have needs you can’t fully service today. Automations that would save them hours every week. AI workflows they keep asking about. Internal tools. Audits before they ship something risky. You can tell them no, or you can tell them you have a partner for that.
1
Conversation with you puts us in front of your whole book of business.
+
A new line item on every engagement you scope going forward.
0
Risk to the client relationships you’ve already built.
A natural starting point
Start with a Tools and Process Review
Most of the time, the question isn’t “what should we build for this client.” It’s “what should they stop trying to build, and what tools are they already paying for that they don’t actually need.” So we start with a review.
We sit down with the client, look at the tools they’re running today, walk through the manual work the team is doing every day, and figure out where AI and automation actually belong. And, more importantly, where they don’t.
The Deliverable
Keep
Tools and processes that already work.
Cut
SaaS the client is paying for and not using.
Automate
The manual work that’s actually worth automating.
Leave Manual
The work that shouldn’t be touched.
A lot of what we recommend is leaving things alone. The point isn’t to sell more software. The point is to tell the truth about where the work actually is. We’ve done this for restaurants, manufacturing floors, and the smaller, lightly regulated end of the market where most of an MSP book of business actually sits.
Let’s Get in a Room
Walk through what we do. Look at one or two clients on your list and figure out where we could help first. No pitch deck. Just a conversation.
